Antiques, Used, Vintage, and Collectibles:
All of our items are used, vintage, or antique, and may show normal signs of wear and tear commensurate with their age and type. These signs do not constitute a defect. In the event of duly proven non-conformity, the consumer is entitled, in the first instance, to a replacement of the item, only when possible, or may be considered for another item of identical value, a price reduction, or a refund. OLD SCHOOL STUFF reserves the right to conduct a technical evaluation before accepting any return request in order to confirm the existence and nature of the defect.
Returns:
In accordance with applicable law and our commercial policy:
• We do not accept returns of items that have been assembled, disassembled, used, manipulated, or damaged after delivery;
• We do not accept returns due to simple regret or change of personal preference after delivery;
• We do not accept returns of items with signs of use previously documented by photos or expected on vintage/used items;
• OLD SCHOOL STUFF is only responsible for return and reshipping costs if there is an internal error and the product shipped does not match the order.
